The hotel has a great location close to the beach and some restaurants. The rooms, although not glamorous, come with flat-screen TVs, but some have a tobacco smell. The service is extremely helpful, but they can be forgetful with check-out dates. The location is the hotel's best feature, despite some insects outside the property that caused blisters. The dining is limited to snacks, not a full meal, and the breakfast variety is small.

The room I stayed in for one night out of my 15-night reservation seemed to have a smoke smell, but the fact that it was a pet-free room was reassuring, as it ensured there were no fleas present. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, offering a great 'grab & go' breakfast with a full coffee bar. However, the dining experience was underwhelming, with limited options available and items disappearing quickly, like the grab-and-go breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the upside, the location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options and amenities nearby. However, there were some noticeable drawbacks, such as issues with the room and dining experience.

Our room was situated directly over the front door, which banged loudly whenever anyone came in or out. Despite requesting a room change due to this issue, we were unable to find a solution. On a positive note, the Lazyboy type recliner was a nice touch.

I must give credit to the staff members who made our stay enjoyable, especially Josie, Angelica, and Anthony. They were on the go, always friendly, and provided great service. However, there was a noticeable odor issue that detracted from the overall experience.
